Assist with installing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning server and network equipment
Learn and follow data center policies and procedures
Complete assigned support tickets

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma / Grade 12 or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components

Studying towards a relevant technical qualification
Must be a South African citizen or have legal residency and permission to work in South Africa
The following will be advantageous:
CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications
Basic Structured Cabling certification
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow technical skills
Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays when required
Successful candidates must pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon employment and every two years thereafter.
